Product Description:
ISO-Expand Grout 22 is a ready-made cement-based mortar that has very high resistance and no shrinkage. This product is in powder form and ready to use, which turns into a grout only by adding a certain amount of water. The special structure and granulation of this grout, which is a combination of Portland cement, granular fillers, and chemical additives has made this product very suitable for filling the empty spaces under the base plates, the implementation of the foundations of heavy machinery and steel substructures and the stabilization of prefabricated columns.

Consumption / Dosage:
The required amount of grout is determined by calculating the volume of the section to be filled and applying the specific weight (density) of the grout. To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to use mechanical mixers. Water should be added to the dry powder to prepare the mortar. Depending on the desired strength and workability, 25 kg of powder can be mixed with 3 to 4 kg of water using a low-speed drill. For larger quantities, a strong bladed mixer should be used to ensure thorough mixing.
